Q: What is your Upgrade Policy?
A: If you have purchased an ASP eCart (Access database) license and wish to upgrade to our MS SQL version, then you will be required pay an additional $71.00 USD. In the Admin area of both versions of the application you will find an alert that tells you the current upgrade status and will show you a link to download the upgraded files. We will be using best efforts to provide a smooth upgrade path, but in the event there is a possibilty that your own customization of our code may be over-written by future updates, a text file will be provided that outlines all changes to code and the databse tables structure so you can edit them by hand. This will guarantee your website code integrity.
Q: What if an upgrade is announced a month after I placed an order?
A: You will see an alert in your application Admin area explaining how to download your upgrade.
Q: How do I get a major upgrade for my software?

Q: If I don’t want to buy an upgrade, will you provide technical support for my old version?
A: Yes, but only until it has been decided that the application in question is too old for support. You will be given ample notice about the support status and can then decide if an upgrade would be prudent.
