Q: How do I find the Downloadable software?
A: Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email stating that fact and you can come back to our website and log in as a member (you received all the required login information when you first purchased from our site) and check your order. The download link and associated license key will be available to you at the bottom of the online receipt.
Q: Why get a license?
A: Actually, you get a license key when you make the purchase so that you can install the application. If you do have a license or the key, you will not be able to install the application.
Q: What is your Upgrade Policy?
A: We provide a special discount cost to those users who wish to upgrade from the MS Access version to the MS SQL version. The cost for a single site upgrade from a free version to a single license MS SQL version is currently $71.00
Q: What types of license do you provide?
A: We provide a user license for the MS SQL version of the cart that starts at one domain license and can increase to a special Unlimited domain license. Our Branding licenses can be purchased for both the "free MS Access" version as well as the MS SQL version of the cart and they too start at a single domain license and can range right up to the Unlimited Domain license.
Q: How do the free versions of software differ from the licensed versions?
A: The free version runs on an MS Access database and also does not have all the options that the MS SQL version contains. The free version will allow you to attach a working shopping cart system to your current website or you can have the cart act as an entire website on its own.
Q: What if an upgrade is announced a month after I placed an order?
A: Unless it is a version that is far and above the intended audience of the version you own, the upgrade would still be free.
Q: Why should I register on your website before downloading free versions?
A: We need your information so we can alert you with any updates to the free version as well as to any special discounts for upgrading to the MS SQL version when you are ready.
Q: How long does a typical download take?
A: Current zipped file sizes: MS Access version - 11.4 Mb MS SQL version: 6.6 Mb
Download times will very depending on your internet connections speed (i.e. cable vs. dialup)

Q: I'm having problems with downloading files from the Web site. How can I get the file?
A: Contact us by email with as much of your purchase information as possible and after we verify your purchase, we will contact you with the alternate options in receiving the application.
Q: How do I register the software I have already paid for?
A: You registered the very first time you made a purchase with us. You will have received an email with your membership login information. You use that information to login and check your order status and copy your license key. In the event you have forgotten your password, there is an option to have it emailed to you.
Q: Will I receive the source code on buying any of your applications?
A: The entire application is developed in ASP and as such most of the code involved is source code. There are licensing pages that will be encrypted since they are for our use only.
Q: How do I get a minor update for my software?
A: The administration area of the cart will alert you to the fact that an upgrade is available. Failing that, an email notification will be sent to the email address used when you registered. Failing that, come back to our website often toi check the version numbers of the current cart. If yours is older, then you can email us requesting an upgrade link.
Q: I want to sell my software license. Is it transferable?
A: Yes, but you will have to sign a declaration that you have destroyed all other copies of the application that you may have. Once the new owner runs the setup the first time, your license will be renewed by the new owner.

Q: I have lost my registration key. How can I get my registration key again?
A: Email us with your request along with as much information that was used during your registration as possible. We will validate that information and send you the license key via email.
